Inter American Development Bank (IDB) National Solid Waste Management Project, Solid Waste Management Consultant – Project Manager -                Responsibilities included providing oversight and direction to the implementation of the National Solid Waste Management Programme, managing technical and administrative staff, liaising with consultants and government officials.  Successfully completed the preparation of the National Solid Waste Management Policy and the National Solid Waste Management Act, 2001

Inter American Development Bank (IDB) National Solid Waste Management Project, Solid Waste Management Consultant, responsible for the policy, institutional and regulatory issues of the Project which aimed to assist the Government of Jamaica to generally improve solid waste management and to establish a National Solid Waste Management Agency within the Ministry of Local Government Youth and Community Development

September 1999 to December 1999

UNDP/Ministry of Water - Jamaica's First National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Environmental Consultant, responsible for preparing a data inventory for 1990 and 1994 on solid waste and wastewater treatment facilities to facilitate the calculation of methane gas emissions from these sources.
